What are signs of pregnancy before you even miss your period?

I’ve had very sore nipples, am achy at times in my low abdomen and the other day had a large amt of white and brownish tinged sticky discharge.I took pregnancy tests which were negative 3 times.
I’m sure everyone asks this but could they have been false negatives,do these seem like symptoms of pregnancy?Could the discharge have been implantation bleeding?

I took an at home ovulation tests and read the instructions and it says that being pregnant can affect the results. Does anyone know what this means and what will happen if you take the test and are pregnant?
p.s. Im not pregnant that i know of but of course its def a possibilty….if i was pregnant i would be taking hpt’s not ovulation tests….im trying to get pregnant.

My PCOS journey and see SB overtired and how I deal with it. I didn’t have time to mention that those of us with PCOS need to be careful with what we eat as it is a metabolic disorder, giving us higher risks of getting diabetes and certain cancers – rare for a gp to tell you that! I also purposefully ( and healthily ) got underweight before falling preg with SB as from my research I found that would help. This is how celebs such as Angelina Jolie & Posh Spice would fall pregnant too as they suffer from annovulation (not ovulating) and PCOS. I always wondered how skinny people could get pregnant!
